On-Campus Organizations for Alums
There are several groups on campus that welcome alumnae participation. Here are brief descriptions together with some upcoming fall events. For further information please contact the liaison persons listed below.

Friends of the Library
Sept 24 Poetry Reading by Robert Pinsky and David Ferry, Jewett, 2:30-5pm
October 19 Lecture on Chaucer Renaissance Editions, Library Lecture Room, 5 pm

Friends of Art
September 14 Opening Lecture by Wellesley professors Patricia Berman and Martin Brody for the exhibit "Cold War Modern - The Domesticated Avant-Garde" (Sept 15-June 17, 2001), 5 pm
October 19 Day trip to the Worcester Art Museum to see "Antioch the Last Ancient City"

Friends of Horticulture
Art Classes Beginning and Advanced Watercolor offered both semesters (Beginning Sept 26 and Jan 30 respectively) using plant material in the greenhouse.
November 16 Lecture by William Cullina (Garden-in-the-Woods) on propagating wildflowers/book signing in the Greenhouse Visitor Center, 3 pm
